Personal Calendar

GPA Teacher gives you the ability to schedule a variety of events (e.g. field trips, parent/teacher conferences, etc.) using the built-in Calendar. To start scheduling events, click on the Calendar icon from the Navigation Bar at the top of your window.
 

Categories

Begin by creating one or more categories to help organize the events you'll be scheduling. To do so, click on the Categories link at the bottom of the sidebar menu on the right-hand side of your window.
 
 
You may add as many categories as you wish. Enter the category name (e.g. Field Trips, Lunch Parties, etc.) and click on the Add button. When you're done, click on the Add Event link in the sidebar menu on the right-hand side of your window.
 

Add an Event

To add a new event, enter the event's description, then select the date (and optionally the time) and a category (from above). Next, click on the Add Event button at the bottom of the window.
 
 
After you've added your events, you may browse all events by using the interactive calendar on the right-hand side of your window. Further, you may search for specific events by using the search box above the calendar.
